You like it? Huh?

Today, I’m here to provoke you. So let’s make a forecast.

Assuming you continue with the bad habits, the slacking or procrastinating the ideas you should work on, or whatever it is you are doing or not doing. Assuming you continue with these for the next ten years, what is your life going to look like? Take some time to reflect on it.

In ten years, you will realize that confidence emerges from competence.

But how?

Competence is a stunning culmination of the aggregation and iteration of bits of experiences and effective positive growth habits manifested across years.

The repetition of these experiences and habits transforms into a lifestyle. This lifestyle makes us competent in whatever field or purpose we find ourselves in.

As a result, our competencies (iterated experiences) make us confident because we have used whatever skill it is many times.

So about the question I asked, you like it?

If the imaginary or pictorial result of the question I started with, is very pleasing to you, then you can keep toeing that line.

I mean, keep moving on that trajectory of procrastinating the things you know will change your life as well as doing what you know will not help you create the future you desire.

Else if you’re like me, then it’s time we changed.

Have a great weekend.

Bye,
James.
